Thanks for this post too. I must admit, I love gemstones but have never really given a lot of thought to each one's origin.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3818700596529807879.post-17277352469792851572009-01-13T11:14:00.000+11:002009-01-13T11:14:00.000+11:00That's so great! Thanks! That's so great!
Thanks!I am Harriethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14018601282810481033noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3818700596529807879.post-11054595490873501372009-01-13T04:37:00.000+11:002009-01-13T04:37:00.000+11:00Hot?! I too love reading about rocks, stones and particularly gems.
We're freezing here while you are sweltering. I want to know more about them--their history, where they are found, all the healing properties, legends, any interesting trivia---all that information gives meaning to the stone and makes them special. Now, if I can figure out how to keep a piece of trivia associated with the correct stone I'll be doing well! Can't wait to see what you tell us in the future of your blog! They sold all sorts of little stones and we had to read all abou them. I do remember some of the things. My favorite is Labradorite, I love it's irridescent quality.
